Oral presentation rules
- The oral presentations can be written and presented in Portuguese or English.
- It is suggested that the authors use the template available.
- Presenting author should be underlined.
- The available time for the presentation is 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions.
- We recommend you to bring the presentation in a USB driver and before the start of the session contact the session convener to load the presentation to the computer of the respective conference room.
Poster presentation rules
- All the posters presentation can be written and presented in Portuguese or English.
- Posters must comply with the following dimensions: maximum of 120 cm height x 90 cm width and should be printed by authors.
- The top of the poster must include the title and authors name as stated on the submitted abstract. Presenting author should be underlined. Please use an appropriate font size, readable by the participants from 2 meters away. It is suggested that the authors use the template available.
- Poster presenters should refer to the program or information board for details of their poster number. Posters should be fixed to boards with Blu-Tack or double-sided tape. Please see the conference organizer at the registration desk if you require fixing materials or any additional help.
- During the posters session authors must be next to their poster to answer questions.
- Please note that any posters remaining in place after the times specified above may be removed by the organizers who accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
- Posters should be sent in PDF format to ccientifica.cisgp2015@gmail.com until November 17th at 12 hours.
- Posters for displaying should be delivered at the Secretariat of the Congress (Magno Auditorium entrance) on November 19th between 13:30 and 14:00 hours.
- At time of delivery, posters must be properly. For this purpose, consult the number assigned to your poster (click here*).
- Posterswill remain displayed during the congress, considering the following distribution:
- From P1 to P50 – will be displayed on 19th at 14:00 hours until 20th at 13:00 hours
- Do P51 to P97 – will be displayed on 20th at 14:00 hours until 21th to 13:00 hours.
- During the presentation of posters,the authors will be available to answer any questions.
- Authors should proceed to take your poster at the end of the Congress, November 21.
- The organization committee not responsible for any loss or poster of damage after the period of the Congress.
