Submissions

The Scientific and Organization Committee invite all participants to submit abstracts for presentation as an oral communication or poster and symposium proposals to be published in Proceedings Book of the congress (Electronic version).

The authors can submit proposals for presentation within the aim and topics of the congress, including scientific articles, research reviews, original researches, experiences and practices in the field of Health Technologies.

Each proposal may have one or more authors, and each author can submit until three works at maximum.

Each accepted paper should have, at least, one registered participant.
Oral communications must be in the scope of the sub-topics of IICISGP:
  • Environment and Health
  • Rehabilitation
  • Health diagnosis
  • Management, learning and communication
Revision process:
  • All abstract will be submitted for revision within the deadlines and according to the respective template;
  • Each submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee members;
  • After complete the reviewing process, the responsible author will be informed about the acceptance or rejection of the submitted abstract. In case of acceptance, authors should follow the recommendations for improvement and submit the final version according to the deadline;
  • After revision process, if the authors do not consider the recommendations of the reviewers, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to not include the abstract in the proceedings of the congress.
How can i submit an abstract to IICISGP-2015?
  1. First you have to download the Abstract Template. All the abstracts should follow the format of the Abstract Template and be submitted in a word file. You can find the abstract template here.
  2. Then you have to create an account in the submission platform “EasyChair” (only if you have not an “EasyChair” account yet) and log in. All the abstracts should be submitted through this platform. You can access the platform here.
  3. After the log in, you must select “New Submission” option and fill out the form
  4. The final step is to upload the abstract and submit. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your paper was successfully submitted.
