Procedures for congress registration:
  • Reading instructions will avoid any problems at the event day or answer questions about your participation, so we ask you to read these procedures carefully;
  • Registration can ONLY be performed through the School of Allied Health Technologies platform using this link [click here];
  • Please pay attention to field “Identification Number” because for the Portuguese Identification Card number it must necessarily contain the four additional digits (with letters and digits);
  • After complying all the required platform fields for your registration, an email confirmation will be sent and also the transfer details for the payment;
  • Only bank transfer payments are accepted for congress registration;
  • Proof of receipt of payment must be submitted via the platform for congress registration validation;
  • The fee will depend on the registration date;
  • The data filled in your personal file will be automatically imported into the certificates, so please check carefully the information provided;
  • All correspondence related to the Congress will be made mainly by the e-mail provided on our registration form.
Congress cancellation policy:

For congress registration cancellation the following criteria will be applied:

– For cancellation of participation in the congress until one week before the congress, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

– No refund can be made for cancellations received during the congress dates or week.

– No refund can be made in case of disclaimer.

The congress registration fee includes:
  • Certificate
  • Congress documentation
  • Coffee breaks
